I specialize in protective styles and a variety of other hair services. **Policy Information:** - A late fee of $15 will be applied after 15 minutes. - Appointments will be canceled after 20 minutes of lateness. - All payments, deposits & cancellation fees are non-refundable. Please notify me within 24-48 hours if any adjustments are needed after hair appointment. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I appreciate your support; I wouldn’t be here without my valued clients. We accept payments through GlossGenius, as well as via credit card, cash app, and cash (please note that we will not have change available for cash transactions). CANCELLATION POLICY
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. When an individual forgets their scheduled appointment or fails to cancel with sufficient advance notice, we miss out on the opportunity to fill that vacant time slot, resulting in a missed opportunity for our standby clients to receive our services. All appointments are confirmed between 24 and 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees will be applied, and we will require you to provide your credit card information. 1. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of 30% of the reserved service price. 2. “No show” will also be charged 30% of the booked service price. 3. Multiple services that are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 30% of the reserved services’ cost. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any available appointments, maintain a full schedule, and provide better service to all of our established and future clients. We appreciate your attention to and support of our cancellation terms and conditions.
