I specialize in protective styles and a variety of other hair services. **Policy Information:** - A late fee of $15 will be applied after 15 minutes. - Appointments will be canceled after 20 minutes of lateness. - All payments, deposits & cancellation fees are non-refundable. Please notify me within 24-48 hours if any adjustments are needed after hair appointment. -No shows without contacting me 24 hours after the appointment time will be banned from booking any future appointments. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I appreciate your support; I wouldn’t be here without my valued clients. We accept payments through GlossGenius, as well as via credit card, cash app, and cash (please note that we will not have change available for cash transactions).
